Scrambled Eggs with Herbs

Ingredients:
4 large eggs
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp dill
2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp chives
1 tbsp sage
1 tbsp rosemary
Sea salt & pepper to taste
Method:
- Wash the herbs and finely chop them. (For rosemary, strip the leaves from the stem and discard the stem. For parsley and dill you can include the stems as they add flavor!)
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a pan before pouring eggs in. Stir frequently until the eggs are cooked to your preference.
- Immediately before removing the eggs from the heat, add the chopped herbs and stir to combine.
- Remove from the pan and serve immediately!
